See our shipping policies here. We ship from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high volume periods - such as holidays - please expect extended processing times and possibly shipping delays with our carriers.
Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of purchase. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation.
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA. We currently do not ship internationally but we hope to in the future!
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to update or cancel your order. Please contact us at info@ninadesignsjewelry.com as soon as possible to request changes to your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return. See our full Returns Policy here. The best way to make an exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item.
We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay.
All jewelry is packaged in a Nina Designs embossed box – which makes each piece gift giving ready.
We design all our jewelry in our Berkeley, California office. Our jewelry is handcrafted in Bali and Thailand using traditional silversmithing techniques.
Be mindful when wearing your jewelry around harsh lotions, cleaning agents, beauty products and water. Bronze and sterling silver naturally oxidize over time. Moisture can accelerate bronze oxidation and cause skin discoloration. We recommend removing bronze jewelry before washing hands, showering or swimming. When necessary, gently clean your jewelry with soft cotton or microfiber cloth. To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, we recommend storing it in an airtight plastic bag, in a cool, dry place to discourage tarnishing.
